Vincent “Vinnie” Zarella brings over 30 years of leadership experience across multiple sectors, including public safety, small business, and health and wellness. He has led individuals, teams, and organizations in high-pressure environments, consistently demonstrating a commitment to service, motivation, and excellence.

A graduate of both the Massachusetts Firefighting and Police Academies, Vinnie dedicated 22 years to serving as a firefighter. Throughout his career, he received multiple commendations, including the prestigious Firefighter of the Year award and a statewide nomination for Fire and Life Safety Educator of the Year. Though retired from full-time service, Vinnie remains active in the fire service community.

In addition to his public service, Vinnie has over 30 years of experience as a small business owner, working as a fitness consultant and a business development officer in the mortgage industry. His dual roles in emergency response and private enterprise have given him unique insight into team dynamics, client engagement, and leadership under pressure.

Currently Vinnie is the Owner of RPA Coaching and CEO of MP2 Print Solutions. He brings together a lifetime of experience, knowledge, and compassion to help others reach their full potential.
