Hayley has dedicated over two decades to enriching the lives of children through education, mentorship, and community involvement.

With experience ranging from bereavement counseling to tennis instruction to leadership as PTO President, Hayley brings a deep understanding of the diverse needs of young people. She is passionate about teaching children the importance of empathy, resilience, and giving back—values that inspire her continued commitment to making a lasting difference through the foundation’s mission.

Hayley brings to the board a strong sense of organization, a talent for research, and an execution-driven mindset that helps turn ideas into impactful action.  

Outside of EmpowerGen, Hayley enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with her husband and two children in North Reading.
