Don Graumann, Director, Strategy

Don Graumann is a high-performance executive and leadership coach whose teams are known for sustainable results and driving growth.

He has worked in intelligence-driven marketing for 33 years helping companies including American Express, General Motors, and Bank of America. Don's career started "in the trenches" as a Programmer and Technical Architect and progressed all the way to the "command post" as a Division President (financial services) and Chief Customer Officer (retail, consumer packaged goods, travel & hospitality, entertainment, automotive, media, and telco).

Along the way, he became passionate about leadership. Practicing and coaching leadership is how he pursues his personal purpose of helping individuals and teams fulfill their potential. He published the leadership book "Strategic Pause: Stop. Think. Lead." in December 2020. He is currently working on his second leadership book “Leadership Islands: Countering Corporatism with Outer Leadership.”

Don has a Bachelors in Math from Bates College and an MBA from Boston College. He lives with his wife Laurie in Wenham, and they are the proud parents of twin daughters and two dogs.
